(It’s ironic that I chose to do this now, isn’t it.)
I don’t think every life follows a set route based on various variables, or at least there would be so many variables there may as well be a unique formula for each life, but I often wonder if a life can be expressed as a function of various variables.
There are so many reasons I wouldn’t (if anyone) be able to do this. There is the question of quantifying various variables such as happiness, not to mention how to determine if variables can be broken down into smaller sub variables (Happiness – Maslow’'s Hierarchy).
A formula most probably wouldn’t have much use as an extrapolation tool, and I wonder if interpolation would actually be useful in terms of human life, but it might serve as some sort of cathartic tool for thinking about who I am.
More to follow.
